Most importantly, We're in Lampeter, so if you're in North Carmarthenshire, or Ceredigion, call us! Based on our own experiences, there seems to be a computing void in our region - especially for highly skilled Windows support; it could be that we just didn't know where to look, but ... the number of IT organisations seems limited, and the skill levels may not always be as comprehensive as might be desirable.

We firmly believe that there is a place for box-shifting outlets, but that there is often a need for highly experienced help, which are not always satisfied.

The primary specialist working for us is Michelle, she is also the Managing Director of Telegraphix Ltd. Telegraphix has been trading since the 1990s, exclusively in the PC business.

In the recent past Telegraphix relocated from Sussex to West Wales. We decided that the daily commute was no longer exciting (was it ever?!).

Prior to forming Telegraphix Michelle had worked in the PC business since the early 1980s - initially for other companies, then as a sole trader.

Over the years we have worked on projects as diverse as -

• Planning & implementing a relocation project for 2,500 employees of London Underground.
  
  
• Developing an Access/SQL Server database for Allergan Ltd, to manage drug trials of optical medication.
  
  
• Needs analysis, business analysis & development of a Job management system for a Water Treatment company.
  
  
• Telephone call analysis, CDR Mediation, and billing systems for AT&T in the UK, and Global Crossing in Bermuda.
  
  
• Disaster recovery on numerous platforms, from an original PC-DOS/IBM PC AT in the early 1980s, to a Windows XP recovery in 2004, and numerous systems in-between.
  
  
• Multilingual database to manage Civil Servants for the Interim Administration in Kabul, Afghanistan.

As a result of the 20+ years experience we have, there are a number of individuals, and organisations, we have formed relationships with, and who we trust. If it were necessary for a particular project, or to solve specific problems, we would always use only specialists we knew and trusted.
